Ok, that's how I feel after picking out more than a few pieces of interest from the David Yurman website (www.davidyurman.com). You can't easily exchange if you buy directly from them. My advice, purchase from Fink's Jewelers, at 704.927.4888. Plus, their customer service is impeccable.
